Yes purchased a ring. Kevin lowman. They sent me the original purchase. I upgraded the ring to a 2k ring. They sent me the wrong reciept. I need the upgrade reciept Not sure who it would be under but i janelle craft purchased the remainig balance to upgrade to the next one up. But original purchase was kevin lowman/ and or john craft. My fiancé purchased my ring through littman at the berkshire mall i had a lifetime warranty plan but cant even service my ring cause they closed awhile back and closed one is like 1hr and 35 mins away. What happens in this situation? This is unfair to customers who have busy schedules

You have to mail in your jewelry to have it checked. You go online and fill out the inspection report.

They send you a pre paid Fed Ex label and it takes like 3 weeks to get it back. You must sign for the package when it is returned to you so keep that in mind. I have sent all my jewelry in a few times I'm scared it will get lost, but no problems so far.

You only have to do this once a year. 866-542-**** is the number to call and they will help you.

White gold needs to be dipped in rhodium. It will yellow over time because the rhodium plating is wearing off. Hope this helps.

Broken jewelry and no store in Pa

I purchased 2 rings and 1 of them lost a stone and the other the entire top of the ring with the diamond in it broke off. There are no stores near me and when I call the lifetime warranty department that I paid extra money to have there is no answer. They also closed my credit card stating my credit score was lower than when I got the card but after checking all credit bureau they were wrong as I thought. My credit scores are all higher than they were when I applied for their credit card. I wish I never purchased anything from them.

The store by us was closing so I purchased a ring without a warranty. Had the ring for 3 months and have lost 7 stones already in total. Have spent over $400 replacing..littman will not do anything because of no warranty. I have the receipt that it was purchased there and everything but because I don't have a warranty they won't do anything. I also have all my receipts from all of The Times I had the stones replaced.. No wonder why they are going out of business.

Horrible customer service

Ever since several Littman Jewelers closed with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas, my family and I have only experienced terrible customer service. My husband and I have purchased all of our fine jewelry and diamonds at Littmans for years now and in purchasing we always get the lifetime care plan for them.

So now, we have to travel to Delaware to the Christiana Mall, which is a hour or more away, to have our jewelry cleaned and/or polished; second, the Mall opens at 10:00 everyday but Littmans doesn't open until 11:00, (which makes no sense to me at all) and third customer service at this store is horrible. They are rude and have no regard for the customer. I lost a diamond out of one of my rings and when my husband went to have it repaired, he was told that they have no record of it having the lifetime care plan. As I mentioned earlier, we always purchase the plan for our jewelry.

I'm very displeased with Littmans in Delaware and I have no intention of ever purchasing any more jewelry from this organization. Customer service with a little kindness really does go a long way!

Went in to have my rings cleaned. Just wanted to put it out there for all customers. If you did not know, we were informed that all walk-in stores are now closing and Littman's is going to be online only. What does this mean to you the consumer? According to the sales rep - anytime you need to have your jewelry that has a warranty through Littman's will now have to MAILED to them through the US Postal Service. This is a bunch of crock. There is no way I will mail mine or my husbands wedding rings through the mail.

I have sent all of my jewelry in several times and never had an issue. It gets sent through Fed Ex.

I am scared every time, but the only way to keep up your warranty in case something happens. I get it though it is crazy.

Loss of local store

I have, over the years, purchased several thousands of dollars of Littman diamond rings and earrings with the lifetime guarantee. Several times I have lost diamonds in the rings which were replaced because of the lifetime guarantee.

However my local store closed so I no longer have anywhere to take my rings for repair. The closest store is over 100 miles away. I have two rings that have lost diamonds and I have no way to utilize my purchase of the lifetime guarantee. I am thoroughly disgusted to say the least.

The Horseheads store was only 10 miles away and the staff was stellar. I frequented the store not only for myself but bought many, many gifts there for family and friends.

I was a valued customer and was always treated as such. You sure made a poor decision when you closed that store.

FYI - I was notified over the weekend that all walk in stores are closing. To have your jewelry with a warranty through them - you will need to mail it to them. They will insure it if lost - but that is NOT good enough for me.

Reset went wrong! They chipped my diamond

I have called numerous times since this happened. Opened cases for resolution, no resolution. I went in for a reset. The diamond I came in with was an excellent cut, color and one feather flaw on the side. Well the person doing the reset put the prong and set on the flaw causing a chip. I was extremely upset. I wanted my appraisal done prior to reset but was told they would do it after. Now that my stone was chipped they gave me a diamond bit I researched the stone etc and found the specs on it. Si1 with MANY inclusions and listed a good cut. This is sub par compared to my stone.

I had an issue with a reset. They cracked my diamond and gave me one that was not the same quality as a replacement

I went in for a reset. I wanted my diamond appraised as I already knew it was high quality, excellent cut, color with one small flaw. The person resetting the stone pit the prong on the flaw, and it cracked. I was given another stone to make things right. They didnt give me the same quality. I cried so much as this was a special ring. I asked for my diamond back, and they said they needed to send it to the main office. Sure, they will recut and have a flawless stone. I have made numerous calls and cases open. Still no resolution. I even emailed the CEO. Nothing. My advice, do not go near Littman .

Cassandra in the Albany, NY Littmans Jewelers location is rude and and obviously does not care if she causes the company to lose customers. I wanted to have my rings inspected and was asked for paperwork.

I didnt have any paperwork with me because I didnt expect to be at the mall that day. I was told I couldnt have my rings inspected without it. I told her this was the first time since the rings were purchased that Ive ever been told I need to have paperwork.

I was told to come back when I have the paperwork. Well, I will continue to have my rings serviced there, as we paid the extra money to have them repaired or stones replaced if they fall out, but we will not make any additional purchases from this store, or this company in general.

I bought a ring diamonds kept falling out, after several trips to have diamonds replaced, they gave me a new ring. Since they went out of business I am afraid to wear it, would love to have it dipped, but not mailing it anywhere. This is ashame!!

My diamond was reset. It was a superb stone that had one flaw. I was distraught, they said they needed to rellace it. They did but the cut, color, clarity quality was lower than my stone. Do not purchase from them. They do not carry quality stones! I wanted my original stone back and they said no. It bugs me to this day as I was not able to see the diamond report there. Only after and there are MANY flaws. The stone is junk.

Layway no access lack of customer service from care center

I called the customer service line to inquire about my layway. I told there is no way to access the layway remotely. I am not able to cancel it or pay on it. Furthermore the same ring ct size style and color is on your web site for 50% now. I asked the lady if they would honor the price because it not my fault your business is not on the 21st century curve as far as tech is concerned. Total inconvience. The person who answered the phone was unbothered about Littmans have a $1000 of my money and not giving me anyway to fix this problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE you need to hire people that care more about the customer!!!
